A Tropics gold card meant you were a big deal in the biggest club in town where the 80’s kept going until the mid-90's!
Big lights, big hair and sitting on the floor to do ‘Rock the Boat’. And don’t forget The Glory Hole bar downstairs – you wouldn’t get away with that these days.
PHASE 2
A stage that came up and down from the ceiling while 2 Unlimited played ‘No Limits’. This is where Miss Limerick competitions were held. Bacardi Breezers were sipped with that feeling that the boom was coming.
