The final incarnation of the Parkway from Nightlife (Close Encounters – anyone?), The Cairo was a dance club with the crew from Sir Henry’s in Cork running things. Pippy was a resident with a second room playing more standard chart music. It didn’t last too long but was a proper dance club!
